There is no contact form on this site, and no field anywhere that collects anything. Email is the way to reach us.

By email

We read everything that arrives and answer what we can. One address handles everything, so a short subject line helps. If your message is a privacy request — access to or correction of personal information — please put Privacy request in the subject, and we will answer within 30 days as described in the Privacy Policy.

By post

The company is not VAT-registered, so there is no VAT number to quote. Post reaches us, but email is considerably faster.

What we can help with

Corrections are the most useful thing you can send. If a link in the course no longer reaches the body it names, if something we have stated as fact has become wrong, or if a step is unclear enough to be misleading, tell us and we will change the page.

We are also happy to answer questions about how the site is funded, who publishes it or how the course was put together, beyond what the About page and the Affiliate Disclosure already cover.

What we cannot help with

We cannot help with a game account. We are not a vendor, not a reseller, not a support channel and not connected to any game company. If your account is locked, a charge has appeared or a purchase has gone wrong, the vendor's own support is the only place that can act, and Step 3 explains how to find the relevant terms.

We also cannot give advice about your particular circumstances, legal, financial or otherwise. The course is general information, and where a question is properly one for an Australian regulator, the relevant body is linked within the step that raises it.

For urgent online safety matters involving a child, the eSafety Commissioner is the Australian body that takes reports and will respond far more usefully than we can.

What happens to your email

Messages sent to the address above are held by our email service provider, which may store data outside Australia, and are kept for 24 months after the last message in the conversation unless they are needed for a legal claim. They are used to reply and for nothing else. There is no mailing list here, so writing to us does not sign you up to anything. The full description is in the Privacy Policy.
