subtleshift.online is published by ESTAK STAV, s.r.o., Vojenova 2481/7, Libeň, 180 00 Praha 8, Czech Republic, company registration 27217248. Reading the site means you accept these terms. If you do not, the remedy is simply not to use it.
What the course is
Subtle Shift is an informational workbook about online games, written for general readers. It is not professional advice of any kind — not legal, financial, consumer, security or parenting advice — and it is not tailored to your circumstances. Nobody here knows your circumstances.
It is not accredited training. There is no enrolment, no assessment, no qualification and no record of who has read what. Nothing about it is recognised by any educational or professional body, and we make no claim that it is.
You should use your own judgement, and seek advice from a qualified person where a decision warrants it. Where a question belongs with an Australian regulator, the relevant body is linked within the step that raises it.
Product information changes
Where the course describes how to read a vendor's pricing, terms or settings, it describes a method, not a product. Prices, subscription terms, classifications, device support, chat features and interface arrangements change frequently and without notice, and nothing published here should be relied on as a current statement about any product. Check the vendor's own site, which is the authoritative and current source.
Where a specific product is named, what we say about it is limited to what the vendor or its affiliate network has stated. We do not test products and we publish no measurements, scores, rankings or comparisons.
Other people's websites
This site links to websites operated by others, including Australian government bodies and a game vendor reached through a paid affiliate link. Those sites are outside our control. We do not endorse their content, we are not responsible for what they do or publish, and their own terms and privacy policies apply once you arrive.

Intellectual property
The text, layout and code of this site belong to ESTAK STAV, s.r.o. You are welcome to print the checklists and use them in your own household, which is what they are for. Republishing the material elsewhere, in whole or in substantial part, requires our permission.
All brand names on Subtle Shift, Star Stable Online among them, are the property of their owners. Except for the paid affiliate links described on our funding page, none of those owners is affiliated with Subtle Shift, and none has endorsed or sponsored it.
Liability and your rights under Australian law
To the extent the law permits, ESTAK STAV, s.r.o. is not liable for loss arising from your use of, or reliance on, this site or any site it links to.
Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any guarantee, right or remedy that the Australian Consumer Law gives you and does not allow to be excluded. Where a liability cannot lawfully be excluded, our liability is limited to the extent the Australian Consumer Law permits. The ACCC publishes guidance on consumer guarantees if you want to read about those rights.
Misleading or deceptive conduct in trade or commerce is prohibited in Australia, and that prohibition applies to us as the publisher of this site. If you believe something here is misleading, please tell us so we can correct it.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic, where ESTAK STAV, s.r.o. is established, and the courts there have jurisdiction. That choice does not displace any protection available to you as a consumer under Australian law, or under the law of the place where you live, which continues to apply.
Changes to these terms
If these terms are revised, the effective date above is updated at the same time. The version on this page is the one that applies.
